85 Years of BAC, Made Possible By You

Over the last 85 years, our organization has grown from a modest neighborhood corps into a national contender. A feat that was once only a dream, has been made possible by decades of hard work from our members, alumni, and supporters behind the scenes.

But the support can’t stop there. As we set out to the West Coast for our 85th year, we are embarking on a journey to make history. We are inviting you to help us write the next chapter as we launch our 85th Anniversary Campaign and release our official documentary.

Over the next month, we are seeking 400 individuals to show their support to help the corps succeed on the West Coast and prepare for the next chapter of our journey. Whether you pledge $10 or $1,000, your gift has the power to make our 85th season one for the history books.

WEST COAST TOUR

Anniversary years are always special at the Boston Crusaders, just ask our 1990, 2000, or 2015 corps! In honor of our 85th, we’re planning an extra special season West Coast for a truly once in a lifetime experience for our membership.

However, these experiences come at a price. From flights, new housing sites, and an impressive 10,000+ mile cross-country tour, the costs add up quick. But come August, we know it will all be worth it to deliver our membership the summer of their dreams.

ON FIELD SUCCESS

Night after night, the the corps puts on high energy, engaging performances. Thanks to the hard work of our members, staff, and supporters behind the scenes, the corps has earned a spot at the top of DCI’s World Class, becoming a destination corps for hundreds of youth across the country.

But the work can’t stop there. To continue providing an unmatched member experience and fielding record breaking shows, the support behind the corps must remain present, consistent, and powerful.

FUTURE SUSTAINABILITY

The past 85 years have been made possible by the strong dedication of our members and supporters. With humble beginnings as a backyard corps in the outskirts of Boston, we’ve beat the odds to stand as the second oldest corps in the nation.

Now, more than ever, it’s time to invest in the corps of tomorrow. As we celebrate the work that brought us to our 85th, we must prioritize our legacy to ensure the Crusaders of tomorrow have a strong, stable corps to call home for the 90th, 100th, and beyond.
