Audio Engineers/Interns (2026 Season)
This season, the Boston Crusaders Audio Team is seeking individuals for two positions: audio engineers and audio interns. Please review the positions below and apply by filling out the form below.
Audio Engineer – We are looking for individuals who are interested in helping produce the 2026 Boston Crusaders field production. Our audio engineers are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the PA system for the drum corps. Experience in live audio is a plus, but we can train the right person if the fit is great. Media Team (2026 Season)
Job Description
For the 2026 season, the Boston Crusaders are seeking:
- Short Form Content Creators
- Videographers
- Video Editors
The selected candidate(s) will create and execute multimedia projects that document the members, volunteers, staff, and the greater organization throughout move-ins and tour. Dependent on position, candidate(s) will be responsible for creating video projects ranging from short form (TikTok and reels), performance capture, or documentary-style storytelling pieces for the Boston Crusaders, parent company Inspire Arts & Music, and related parties/sponsors. Candidate(s) should have a keen eye for sports-related content and video interviews, with strong camera skills and the ability to work individually and within a team. Knowledge of audio production and/or lighting is desired but not required for the video positions. Videographers will be required to shoot and edit.
This is a summer contract position requiring team members to travel alongside the Boston Crusaders during their summer season. Available contracts include local “day” work, and traveling contracts ranging from 10 days through 10 weeks in length. The season begins in late-May in New England and concludes in mid-August in Indianapolis. Hours are flexible but require 40+ hours per week. Candidates must be 22+ to apply.

Medical Team (2026 Season)
The Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps is now accepting applications for medical team intern positions for the 2026 DCI tour. Medical interns will be responsible for assisting in diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic injuries, illness prevention and treatment, concussion management, medication administration, rehabilitation and return to play protocols, and other duties as assigned by the certified medical providers on site.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside medical team, collaborating physician, and ensemble staff to provide medical care during daily rehearsals and shows
- Diagnose and treat performing members
- Create personalized care plans for prevention and recovery
- Assist with inventory, loading, and restocking supplies
- Assist with daily field setup and teardown
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age by May 22nd, 2026
- Enrolled in a university degree program relevant to medical team duties (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Pre-Med, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, etc.)
- CPR/BLS certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in drum corps, performing arts, dance, etc. preferred but not required
Travel, meals, and accommodations will be provided by the organization throughout the duration of spring training and the 2025 DCI tour. Length of contract is negotiable, and can include any portion or the entirety of the season between May 22nd and August 9th (dates subject to change).
