In 2023, the Boston Crusaders Brass program announced a partnership with 825, the breakout marching line of instruments from Best American Craftsmen. As the 2025 BACBrass gathers in San Antonio for camp this weekend, we are proud to reaffirm our relationship with 825 for the third season!

Combining superior craftsmanship, world class durability, and dynamic designs for today’s marching world, 825 has allowed the BACBrass to excel on the rehearsal field and the performance stage.

Our unique relationship allows the BACBrass to give feedback on the performance and durability of the horns, allowing 825 to continue to refine the marching brass instrument line annually. This realtime feedback has allowed 825 to implement subtle adjustments, tweaks and enhancements immediately into their production.

In 2025, the BACBrass will use a custom Best American Craftsman trumpet on the marching field. After months of testing, BAC has decided on a professional grade model trumpet that will meet the demands of our advanced trumpet players.
